We value your time and energy, and we’re here to help you feel your best. ⸻ 💳 Deposit Policy: A deposit is required at the time of booking: • $30–$99 services → $25 deposit • $100+ → $50 deposit RETURNING CLIENTS THAT BOOK THEIR NEXT APPOINTMENT BEFORE LEAVING PAY A $20 DEPOSIT Deposits go toward your service total and are non-refundable. You can reschedule ONE time with your deposit, after that you will have to rebook and pay a new deposit. ⸻ ❗ ❗ Cancellation & No-Show Policy: • Any Cancellations or reschedules less than 24 hours will forfeit your deposit • After 2 no-shows, you will be banned from future bookings. ⸻ 🚫 No Kids, Pets, or Extra Guests: To maintain a calm and professional atmosphere, no children, pets, or additional guests are allowed. The waiting area is for clients receiving services only. ⸻ ⏰ Late Policy: You have a 15-minute grace period. After that, your appointment will be cancelled and marked as a no-show. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your booking, please note that a $25 cancellation fee will apply. This fee helps us manage scheduling and accommodate other guests. To avoid this fee, we recommend giving as much notice as possible. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled booking will incur the full cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
