We value your time and energy, and we’re here to help you feel your best. ⸻ 💳 Deposit Policy: A deposit is required at the time of booking: • $30–$99 services → $25 deposit • $100+ → $50 deposit Deposits go toward your service total and are non-refundable. You can reschedule ONE time with your deposit, after that you will have to rebook and pay a new deposit. ⸻ ❗ ❗ Cancellation & No-Show Policy: • For cancelled appointments less than 24 hours the deposit will be forfeited • After 2 no-shows, you will be banned from future bookings. ⸻ 🚫 No Kids, Pets, or Extra Guests: To maintain a calm and professional atmosphere, no children, pets, or additional guests are allowed. The waiting area is for clients receiving services only. ⸻ ⏰ Late Policy: You have a 15-minute grace period. After that, your appointment will be cancelled and marked as a no-show.
